Free internet access, printing, job search guidance, resume support, benefit applications, and access to community programs.

Workshops on parenting, financial literacy, stress management, healthy communication, and navigating schools and healthcare systems.

Holistic Wellness and Mental Health Support
Mindfulness groups, emotional wellness sessions, trauma informed referrals, and stress reduction support for families and children.

Child and Family Support Services and Referrals
Connections to childcare, food assistance, housing support, healthcare, early intervention, and educational advocacy.
